Passionfruit pen device IQOS in Panama City: the price shortlist
Passionfruit in Panama City: 17 units tested over 7 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Choosing a pen device for passionfruit
If you are looking at passionfruit in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Passionfruit in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long passionfruit tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a passionfruit pen device really costs in Panama City
Passionfruit pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 17 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested passionfruit in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every passionfruit bottle shipped into Panama.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a passionfruit bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where passionfruit goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why passionfruit tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order IQOS online in Panama?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.2.04 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.59 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does passionfruit taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the passionfruit blend itself harsh.
