Passionfruit refill pack IQOS in Panama City: the budget shortlist
Passionfruit in Panama City: 21 units tested over 6 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Delivery, returns and what 4–9 business days really means
We run passionfruit the same way in Panama City: same refill pack, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Passionfruit sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long passionfruit tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a passionfruit refill pack really costs in Panama City
Passionfruit sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested passionfruit in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a passionfruit bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
Where passionfruit goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing passionfruit with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does passionfruit taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the passionfruit blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On passionfruit the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.2.97 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
Can I order IQOS online in Panama?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
