Delivery, returns and what 4–9 business days really means
A passionfruit refill pack from the bulk options in Panama costs about B/.1.96 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
We run passionfruit the same way in Panama City: same refill pack, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 6 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a passionfruit refill pack really costs in Panama City
The honest read on passionfruit: 6 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested passionfruit in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every passionfruit bottle shipped into Panama.
Where passionfruit goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised B/.38 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.1.96 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does passionfruit taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the passionfruit blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On passionfruit the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.1.96 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
