Peach in Panama City: 20 units tested over 3 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
How we tested Peach pen device here
Most people searching IQOS in Panama are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Peach pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 20 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long peach tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested peach in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
Where peach goes wrong
- Treating the advertised B/.65 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.3.48 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
