Pear 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Panama City: the price shortlist
Pear in Panama City: 16 units tested over 2 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Choosing a 30 ml shortfill for pear
Most people searching IQOS in Panama are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
A pear 30 ml shortfill from the value options in Panama costs about B/.3.27 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: pear in Panama City works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a pear 30 ml shortfill really costs in Panama City
Pear 30 ml shortfill reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 16 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested pear in a 30 ml shortfill
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every pear bottle shipped into Panama.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where pear goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why pear tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 30 ml shortfill and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
How long does pear in a 30 ml shortfill last?
In Panama City we measured 2 to 16 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should pear start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 30 ml shortfill.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On pear the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.3.27 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
