Pear 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Panama City: the review shortlist
Pear in Panama City: 16 units tested over 6 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
What the label on Pear is allowed to say
We run pear the same way in Panama City: same 30 ml shortfill, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Pear sounds like one product. It is not: a 30 ml shortfill running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: pear in Panama City works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a pear 30 ml shortfill really costs in Panama City
Most people searching IQOS in Panama are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested pear in a 30 ml shortfill
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
Where pear goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a 30 ml shortfill and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long pear in Panama City survives.
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a 30 ml shortfill cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.3.18 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.28 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should pear start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 30 ml shortfill.
How long does pear in a 30 ml shortfill last?
In Panama City we measured 6 to 16 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
