Where buyers go wrong with pear in Panama
If you are looking at pear in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the box mod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you are looking at pear in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the box mod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the box mod you buy decides how long pear tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a pear box mod really costs in Panama City
We run pear the same way in Panama City: same box mod, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested pear in a box mod
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a box mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for box mod in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where pear goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a box mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Buying the cheapest box mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised B/.60 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.26 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order IQOS online in Panama?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On pear the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.2.26 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
How long does pear in a box mod last?
In Panama City we measured 4 to 15 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
