Pear pen device IQOS in Panama City: the online shortlist
Pear in Panama City: 7 units tested over 5 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Delivery, returns and what 4–9 business days really means
If you are looking at pear in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
We run pear the same way in Panama City: same pen device, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: pear in Panama City works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a pear pen device really costs in Panama City
Most people searching IQOS in Panama are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested pear in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every pear bottle shipped into Panama.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
Where pear goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Treating the advertised B/.37 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.3.02 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.

Frequently asked questions
How long does pear in a pen device last?
In Panama City we measured 5 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Can I order IQOS online in Panama?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On pear the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.3.02 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
