Pear in Panama City: 24 units tested over 4 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Ordering IQOS to Panama City: the practical version
Ordering into Panama City usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Pear sounds like one product. It is not: a vape pen running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: pear in Panama City works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a pear vape pen really costs in Panama City
We run pear the same way in Panama City: same vape pen, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested pear in a vape pen
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a pear bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
Where pear goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a vape pen that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Mixing pear with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for pear in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a vape pen cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.2.69 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.54 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Can I order IQOS online in Panama?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does pear taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the pear blend itself harsh.
