Plain pen device IQOS in Panama City: the review shortlist
Plain in Panama City: 6 units tested over 6 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
How we tested Plain pen device here
The honest read on plain: 6 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Plain in Panama City reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Below is the run we did for this search: 6 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plain pen device really costs in Panama City
Plain sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested plain in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plain bottle shipped into Panama.
- Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where plain goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised B/.44 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.44 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

| Entry kit | B/.44 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | B/.2.44 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Panama?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does plain taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the plain blend itself harsh.
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.2.44 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.44 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
