Home / Plain RDA IQOS in Panama City: the review shortlist

How to tell a good RDA from a repack

Plain in Panama City reaches the shelf in RDA formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.

A plain RDA from the reviewed options in Panama costs about B/.3.49 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.

Below is the run we did for this search: 21 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.

What a plain RDA really costs in Panama City

Plain sounds like one product. It is not: a RDA running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.

How we tested plain in a RDA

1. Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
2. Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
3. Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.

• Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plain bottle shipped into Panama.
• The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
• Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
• Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.

Where plain goes wrong

• Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
• Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plain tastes flat after two days.
• Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.

The rules that apply here

Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
