Plum 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Panama City: the wholesale shortlist
Plum in Panama City: 18 units tested over 6 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
How to tell a good 30 ml shortfill from a repack
Plum in a 30 ml shortfill is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Plum in Panama City reaches the shelf in 30 ml shortfill formats, and the bulk ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: plum in Panama City works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum 30 ml shortfill really costs in Panama City
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.06 per 10 ml.
How we tested plum in a 30 ml shortfill
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Panama.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where plum goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised B/.65 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.06 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 30 ml shortfill and discovering the listed price was for old stock.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should plum start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 30 ml shortfill.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
How much does a 30 ml shortfill cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.2.06 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.65 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
