Home / Plum refill pack IQOS in Panama City: the compare shortlist

What the label on Plum is allowed to say

Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.3.59 per 10 ml.

There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Panama. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.

The short version: plum in Panama City works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.

What a plum refill pack really costs in Panama City

Plum in Panama City reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the compared ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.

How we tested plum in a refill pack

1. Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
2. Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
3. Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.

• Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
• Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Panama.
• The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
• Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.

Where plum goes wrong

• Treating the advertised B/.31 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.3.59 per 10 ml.
• Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
• Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.

The rules that apply here
