Plum sub-ohm kit IQOS in Panama City: the guide shortlist
Plum in Panama City: 20 units tested over 5 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.01 per 10 ml.
Plum sounds like one product. It is not: a sub-ohm kit running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: plum in Panama City works if the sub-ohm kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum sub-ohm kit really costs in Panama City
Plum in a sub-ohm kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested plum in a sub-ohm kit
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Panama.
- Stock depth: 20 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for sub-ohm kit in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
Where plum goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a sub-ohm kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing plum with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
Is plum legal to sell in Panama?
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
What nicotine strength should plum start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a sub-ohm kit.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
