Plum zero-nicotine bottle IQOS in Panama City: the flat shortlist
Plum in Panama City: 8 units tested over 8 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Delivery, returns and what 4–9 business days really means
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Panama. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Plum in Panama City reaches the shelf in zero-nicotine bottle formats, and the flat-rate ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Below is the run we did for this search: 8 units, zero-nicotine bottle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plum zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Panama City
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.3.22 per 10 ml.
How we tested plum in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a zero-nicotine bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for zero-nicotine bottle in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
Where plum goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing plum with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised B/.30 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.3.22 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
