Salted cartomizer IQOS in Panama City: the budget shortlist
Salted in Panama City: 15 units tested over 4 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
What the label on Salted is allowed to say
Most people searching IQOS in Panama are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Salted in Panama City reaches the shelf in cartomizer formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Below is the run we did for this search: 15 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a salted cartomizer really costs in Panama City
If you are looking at salted in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested salted in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a salted bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where salted goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long salted in Panama City survives.
- Treating the advertised B/.35 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.1.64 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
