Salted mesh tank IQOS in Panama City: the compare shortlist
Salted in Panama City: 23 units tested over 9 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Coil life, liquid cost and the salted habit
If you are looking at salted in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the mesh tank you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Salted mesh tank reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 23 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: salted in Panama City works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a salted mesh tank really costs in Panama City
If you are looking at salted in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the mesh tank you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested salted in a mesh tank
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a mesh tank arrives sealed but wrong.
Where salted goes wrong
- Treating the advertised B/.49 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.1.77 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest mesh tank available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Panama?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does salted taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the salted blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On salted the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.1.77 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
