Salted sub-ohm kit IQOS in Panama City: the best shortlist
Salted in Panama City: 11 units tested over 4 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Coil life, liquid cost and the salted habit
The honest read on salted: 11 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Salted sub-ohm kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 11 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the sub-ohm kit you buy decides how long salted tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a salted sub-ohm kit really costs in Panama City
Salted prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.43 per 10 ml.
How we tested salted in a sub-ohm kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for sub-ohm kit in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every salted bottle shipped into Panama.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
Where salted goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a sub-ohm kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why salted tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How long does salted in a sub-ohm kit last?
In Panama City we measured 4 to 11 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does salted taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the salted blend itself harsh.
Is salted legal to sell in Panama?
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
