Sour 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Panama City: the cheap shortlist
Sour in Panama City: 13 units tested over 2 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
How to tell a good 30 ml shortfill from a repack
Sour 30 ml shortfill reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 13 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
A sour 30 ml shortfill from the cheapest options in Panama costs about B/.2.59 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long sour tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a sour 30 ml shortfill really costs in Panama City
If you are looking at sour in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 30 ml shortfill you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested sour in a 30 ml shortfill
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a sour bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sour bottle shipped into Panama.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where sour goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long sour in Panama City survives.
- Treating the advertised B/.64 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.59 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order IQOS online in Panama?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does sour taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the sour blend itself harsh.
How much does a 30 ml shortfill cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.2.59 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.64 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
