Sour 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Panama City: the deals shortlist
Sour in Panama City: 9 units tested over 8 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
What the label on Sour is allowed to say
Sour 30 ml shortfill reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Ordering into Panama City usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: sour in Panama City works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sour 30 ml shortfill really costs in Panama City
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Panama. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested sour in a 30 ml shortfill
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sour bottle shipped into Panama.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a sour bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where sour goes wrong
- Treating the advertised B/.68 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.3.0 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
