Sour 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Panama City: the price shortlist
Sour in Panama City: 11 units tested over 9 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Sour in Panama City reaches the shelf in 30 ml shortfill formats, and the value ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Sour 30 ml shortfill reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 11 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: sour in Panama City works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sour 30 ml shortfill really costs in Panama City
Most people searching IQOS in Panama are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested sour in a 30 ml shortfill
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where sour goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long sour in Panama City survives.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for sour in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

How much does a 30 ml shortfill cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.3.29 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.33 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
