Sour 60 ml bottle IQOS in Panama City: the compare shortlist
Sour in Panama City: 22 units tested over 2 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Sour prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.05 per 10 ml.
Most people searching IQOS in Panama are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The short version: sour in Panama City works if the 60 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sour 60 ml bottle really costs in Panama City
We run sour the same way in Panama City: same 60 ml bottle, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested sour in a 60 ml bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 60 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a sour bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sour bottle shipped into Panama.
Where sour goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised B/.31 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.05 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for sour in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Why does sour taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 60 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the sour blend itself harsh.
