Sour 60 ml bottle IQOS in Panama City: the flat shortlist
Sour in Panama City: 9 units tested over 4 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Most people searching IQOS in Panama are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Sour sounds like one product. It is not: a 60 ml bottle running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: sour in Panama City works if the 60 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sour 60 ml bottle really costs in Panama City
Ordering into Panama City usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested sour in a 60 ml bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sour bottle shipped into Panama.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for 60 ml bottle in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the 60 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where sour goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a 60 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Buying the cheapest 60 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does sour taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 60 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the sour blend itself harsh.
How much does a 60 ml bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.2.52 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.45 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should sour start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 60 ml bottle.
