Sour cartomizer IQOS in Panama City: the order shortlist
Sour in Panama City: 12 units tested over 8 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Delivery, returns and what 4–9 business days really means
Sour in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.

The short version: sour in Panama City works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sour cartomizer really costs in Panama City
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Panama. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested sour in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a sour bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where sour goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Panama |
| Coil life | ~5 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Panama | 4–9 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | B/.60 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | B/.3.42 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
