Sour in Panama City: 22 units tested over 7 weeks, disposable vape formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
What the label on Sour is allowed to say
Sour sounds like one product. It is not: a disposable vape running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.

The short version: sour in Panama City works if the disposable vape, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sour disposable vape really costs in Panama City
Sour in a disposable vape is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested sour in a disposable vape
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a sour bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the disposable vape, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where sour goes wrong
- Mixing sour with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised B/.34 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.1.94 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
