Sour mesh tank IQOS in Panama City: the online shortlist
Sour in Panama City: 21 units tested over 9 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Coil life, liquid cost and the sour habit
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Panama. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Sour prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.83 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the mesh tank you buy decides how long sour tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a sour mesh tank really costs in Panama City
Ordering into Panama City usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested sour in a mesh tank
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sour bottle shipped into Panama.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where sour goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised B/.65 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.83 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.

Frequently asked questions
Why does sour taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the sour blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should sour start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a mesh tank.
Do you ship tracked orders to Panama?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
