Home / Sour mesh tank IQOS in Panama City: the order shortlist

How to tell a good mesh tank from a repack

There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Panama. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.

If you only read one line: the mesh tank you buy decides how long sour tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

What a sour mesh tank really costs in Panama City

Sour mesh tank reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 6 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.

How we tested sour in a mesh tank

1. Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
2. Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
3. Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.

• The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
• Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sour bottle shipped into Panama.
• Returns window and who pays return postage when a mesh tank arrives sealed but wrong.
• Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.

Where sour goes wrong

• Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
• Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
• Treating the advertised B/.61 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.0 per 10 ml.

The rules that apply here

Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
