Sour nicotine salt bottle IQOS in Panama City: the deals shortlist
Sour in Panama City: 13 units tested over 2 weeks, nicotine salt bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Coil life, liquid cost and the sour habit
Most people searching IQOS in Panama are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Sour in a nicotine salt bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: sour in Panama City works if the nicotine salt bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sour nicotine salt bottle really costs in Panama City
Ordering into Panama City usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested sour in a nicotine salt bottle
- Pick the nicotine salt bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for nicotine salt bottle in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a nicotine salt bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
Where sour goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a nicotine salt bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised B/.50 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.1.98 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
How long does sour in a nicotine salt bottle last?
In Panama City we measured 2 to 13 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should sour start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a nicotine salt bottle.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On sour the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.1.98 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
