Sour pod kit IQOS in Panama City: the budget shortlist
Sour in Panama City: 19 units tested over 9 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Choosing a pod kit for sour
Sour prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.3.41 per 10 ml.
If you are looking at sour in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pod kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Below is the run we did for this search: 19 units, pod kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a sour pod kit really costs in Panama City
The honest read on sour: 19 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested sour in a pod kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sour bottle shipped into Panama.
- Batch code and production date, so a sour bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
Where sour goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a pod kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Treating the advertised B/.51 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.3.41 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sour tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How long does sour in a pod kit last?
In Panama City we measured 9 to 19 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should sour start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pod kit.
Do you ship tracked orders to Panama?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
