Sour prefilled pod IQOS in Panama City: the compare shortlist
Sour in Panama City: 10 units tested over 9 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
How we tested Sour prefilled pod here
Most people searching IQOS in Panama are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
A sour prefilled pod from the compared options in Panama costs about B/.3.21 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the prefilled pod you buy decides how long sour tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a sour prefilled pod really costs in Panama City
We run sour the same way in Panama City: same prefilled pod, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested sour in a prefilled pod
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a sour bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where sour goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a prefilled pod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing sour with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest prefilled pod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
