What sour costs in Panama City
If you are looking at sour in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Sour prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.61 per 10 ml.
The short version: sour in Panama City works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sour refill pack really costs in Panama City
Sour prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.61 per 10 ml.
How we tested sour in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a sour bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where sour goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sour tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On sour the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.2.61 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
Is sour legal to sell in Panama?
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
Why does sour taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the sour blend itself harsh.
