Sour refill pack IQOS in Panama City: the flat shortlist
Sour in Panama City: 19 units tested over 9 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
What sour costs in Panama City
We run sour the same way in Panama City: same refill pack, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Ordering into Panama City usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Below is the run we did for this search: 19 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a sour refill pack really costs in Panama City
Sour sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested sour in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sour bottle shipped into Panama.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a sour bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
Where sour goes wrong
- Mixing sour with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised B/.55 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.1.72 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sour tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

| Entry kit | B/.55 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | B/.1.72 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Do you ship tracked orders to Panama?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
What nicotine strength should sour start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On sour the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.1.72 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
