Sour squonk mod IQOS in Panama City: the guide shortlist
Sour in Panama City: 20 units tested over 7 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
How we tested Sour squonk mod here
Sour squonk mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 20 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
A sour squonk mod from the starter options in Panama costs about B/.1.79 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: sour in Panama City works if the squonk mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sour squonk mod really costs in Panama City
We run sour the same way in Panama City: same squonk mod, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested sour in a squonk mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a sour bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
Where sour goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long sour in Panama City survives.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing sour with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.

Not automatically. On sour the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.1.79 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
