Sour starter kit IQOS in Panama City: the deals shortlist
Sour in Panama City: 16 units tested over 8 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
How to tell a good starter kit from a repack
Most people searching IQOS in Panama are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Sour prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.38 per 10 ml.
The short version: sour in Panama City works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sour starter kit really costs in Panama City
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Panama. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested sour in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sour bottle shipped into Panama.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where sour goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sour tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long sour in Panama City survives.
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
