Sour vape pen IQOS in Panama City: the price shortlist
Sour in Panama City: 23 units tested over 2 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
What the label on Sour is allowed to say
If you are looking at sour in Panama, the first question is not strength. It is whether the vape pen you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Panama. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: sour in Panama City works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sour vape pen really costs in Panama City
We run sour the same way in Panama City: same vape pen, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested sour in a vape pen
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where sour goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long sour in Panama City survives.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a vape pen cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.2.66 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.28 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Can I order IQOS online in Panama?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does sour taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the sour blend itself harsh.
