Sour zero-nicotine bottle IQOS in Panama City: the budget shortlist
Sour in Panama City: 13 units tested over 9 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
What sour costs in Panama City
A sour zero-nicotine bottle from the budget options in Panama costs about B/.2.93 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Sour in a zero-nicotine bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the zero-nicotine bottle you buy decides how long sour tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested sour in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a zero-nicotine bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a sour bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the zero-nicotine bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where sour goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a zero-nicotine bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a zero-nicotine bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
