Ordering IQOS to Panama City: the practical version
We run sour the same way in Panama City: same zero-nicotine bottle, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Sour in Panama City reaches the shelf in zero-nicotine bottle formats, and the compared ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: sour in Panama City works if the zero-nicotine bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sour zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Panama City
Sour in Panama City reaches the shelf in zero-nicotine bottle formats, and the compared ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested sour in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a sour bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a zero-nicotine bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where sour goes wrong
- Mixing sour with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sour tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should sour start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a zero-nicotine bottle.
How much does a zero-nicotine bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.1.9 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.47 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does sour taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the zero-nicotine bottle units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the sour blend itself harsh.
