Sourcherry cartomizer IQOS in Panama City: the deals shortlist
Sourcherry in Panama City: 13 units tested over 4 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Coil life, liquid cost and the sourcherry habit
Sourcherry in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Sourcherry cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 13 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: sourcherry in Panama City works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sourcherry cartomizer really costs in Panama City
The honest read on sourcherry: 13 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested sourcherry in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
Where sourcherry goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised B/.48 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.02 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
