Sourcherry pen device IQOS in Panama City: the compare shortlist
Sourcherry in Panama City: 8 units tested over 2 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Choosing a pen device for sourcherry
We run sourcherry the same way in Panama City: same pen device, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Ordering into Panama City usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Below is the run we did for this search: 8 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a sourcherry pen device really costs in Panama City
The honest read on sourcherry: 8 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested sourcherry in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a sourcherry bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sourcherry bottle shipped into Panama.
Where sourcherry goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sourcherry tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised B/.64 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.1.86 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.1.86 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.64 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does sourcherry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the sourcherry blend itself harsh.
