Sourcherry pen device IQOS in Panama City: the flat shortlist
Sourcherry in Panama City: 7 units tested over 8 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Choosing a pen device for sourcherry
Most people searching IQOS in Panama are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Sourcherry pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 7 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 7 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a sourcherry pen device really costs in Panama City
Sourcherry prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.0 per 10 ml.
How we tested sourcherry in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a sourcherry bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where sourcherry goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.2.0 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.46 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does sourcherry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the sourcherry blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should sourcherry start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
