Sourcherry pen device IQOS in Panama City: the wholesale shortlist
Sourcherry in Panama City: 10 units tested over 2 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Choosing a pen device for sourcherry
Sourcherry in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
A sourcherry pen device from the bulk options in Panama costs about B/.1.81 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: sourcherry in Panama City works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sourcherry pen device really costs in Panama City
Most people searching IQOS in Panama are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested sourcherry in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sourcherry bottle shipped into Panama.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where sourcherry goes wrong
- Treating the advertised B/.44 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.1.81 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sourcherry tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long sourcherry in Panama City survives.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.

Frequently asked questions
How long does sourcherry in a pen device last?
In Panama City we measured 2 to 10 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On sourcherry the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.1.81 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
Why does sourcherry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the sourcherry blend itself harsh.
