Sourcherry refill pack IQOS in Panama City: the guide shortlist
Sourcherry in Panama City: 7 units tested over 9 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
What the label on Sourcherry is allowed to say
We run sourcherry the same way in Panama City: same refill pack, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The honest read on sourcherry: 7 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long sourcherry tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a sourcherry refill pack really costs in Panama City
Sourcherry in Panama City reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the starter ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested sourcherry in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sourcherry bottle shipped into Panama.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
Where sourcherry goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long sourcherry in Panama City survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sourcherry tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

| Refill cost | B/.2.2 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Can I order IQOS online in Panama?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
What nicotine strength should sourcherry start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
Why does sourcherry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the sourcherry blend itself harsh.
