Sourcherry refill pack IQOS in Panama City: the review shortlist
Sourcherry in Panama City: 6 units tested over 7 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Coil life, liquid cost and the sourcherry habit
Most people searching IQOS in Panama are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Sourcherry prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.75 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long sourcherry tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a sourcherry refill pack really costs in Panama City
Sourcherry refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 6 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested sourcherry in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where sourcherry goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sourcherry tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
