Spiced 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Panama City: the cheap shortlist
Spiced in Panama City: 23 units tested over 4 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
What spiced costs in Panama City
Spiced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.1.81 per 10 ml.
Spiced in a 30 ml shortfill is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: spiced in Panama City works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a spiced 30 ml shortfill really costs in Panama City
A spiced 30 ml shortfill from the cheapest options in Panama costs about B/.1.81 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested spiced in a 30 ml shortfill
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a spiced bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised B/.45 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.1.81 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why spiced tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for spiced in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
