Spiced pen device IQOS in Panama City: the cheap shortlist
Spiced in Panama City: 13 units tested over 8 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Delivery, returns and what 4–9 business days really means
Spiced in Panama City reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the cheapest ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Spiced in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Panama City the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 13 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a spiced pen device really costs in Panama City
Ordering into Panama City usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested spiced in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long spiced in Panama City survives.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On spiced the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.1.99 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.1.99 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.52 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should spiced start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
