Spiced pen device IQOS in Panama City: the flat shortlist
Spiced in Panama City: 20 units tested over 9 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Coil life, liquid cost and the spiced habit
The honest read on spiced: 20 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Spiced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.41 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long spiced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a spiced pen device really costs in Panama City
Ordering into Panama City usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested spiced in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Panama, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long spiced in Panama City survives.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for spiced in Panama must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
