Spiced pen device IQOS in Panama City: the online shortlist
Spiced in Panama City: 22 units tested over 7 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Spiced in Panama City reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the online ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Spiced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.7 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long spiced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a spiced pen device really costs in Panama City
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Panama. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested spiced in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a spiced bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Treating the advertised B/.51 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.7 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On spiced the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.2.7 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.2.7 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.51 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does spiced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the spiced blend itself harsh.
