Spiced pen device IQOS in Panama City: the review shortlist
Spiced in Panama City: 22 units tested over 8 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Choosing a pen device for spiced
We run spiced the same way in Panama City: same pen device, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Spiced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.1.94 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long spiced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a spiced pen device really costs in Panama City
Spiced sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested spiced in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every spiced bottle shipped into Panama.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Panama stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Panama need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does spiced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the spiced blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On spiced the budget price and the premium price can sit within B/.1.94 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should spiced start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
