Spiced starter kit IQOS in Panama City: the price shortlist
Spiced in Panama City: 14 units tested over 9 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
Where buyers go wrong with spiced in Panama
Spiced in Panama City reaches the shelf in starter kit formats, and the value ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Spiced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Panama City that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within B/.2.87 per 10 ml.
The short version: spiced in Panama City works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a spiced starter kit really costs in Panama City
A spiced starter kit from the value options in Panama costs about B/.2.87 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested spiced in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a spiced bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 14 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Treating the advertised B/.59 entry kit as the real cost when refills run B/.2.87 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Panama sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How long does spiced in a starter kit last?
In Panama City we measured 9 to 14 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is spiced legal to sell in Panama?
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods.
Why does spiced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the spiced blend itself harsh.
