Spiced in Panama City: 8 units tested over 2 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Panama.
How we tested Spiced starter kit here
A spiced starter kit from the bulk options in Panama costs about B/.2.89 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Spiced in Panama City reaches the shelf in starter kit formats, and the bulk ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long spiced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested spiced in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Panama, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every spiced bottle shipped into Panama.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Panama, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Panama accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why spiced tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Panama applies its own import permit process for nicotine goods. Shipping of nicotine to Panama runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Panama City: about B/.2.89 per 10 ml liquid plus B/.31 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should spiced start at?
Start at whatever Panama allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a starter kit.
Why does spiced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the spiced blend itself harsh.
